Cashew Date Cookie Balls
A deliciously simple and satisfying snack.
Servings: 18 balls
Add all ingredients to the food processor and pulse until blended.
Consistency should allow mixture to be able to roll into balls. If too crumbly return to food processor and pulse with 1/4 tsp of water.
Place balls in a single layer and store in the freezer.
