Coconut Lime Popsicles
So simple and SO good!
Servings: 10 people
- 2 cans light coconut milk
- 6 tbs honey
- 2 whole limes juice and zest
Add coconut milk and honey to the blender.
Add juice and zest of two limes.
Blend until well combined but not too foamy.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for about 3 hours until soild and enjoy!
This recipe makes enough (with a little extra) for these silicone molds which make 10 pops. I saved a little extra zest to sprinkle after removing them from the molds.
