- .5 cup non fat greek yogurt
- .5 cup oat milk unsweetened
- 1 whole naval orange peeled and sectioned
- .5 cup mango frozen
- .25 tsp turmeric
- .25 tsp fresh ginger
Instructions
Preparing the smoothie
- Peel the organge and break into sections.
- Add the orange the the bottom of the blender (closest to the blades) first then add the remaining ingredients.
- Blend on high untill smooth.
