  • .5 cup non fat greek yogurt
  • .5 cup oat milk unsweetened
  • 1 whole naval orange peeled and sectioned
  • .5 cup mango frozen
  • .25 tsp turmeric
  • .25 tsp fresh ginger


Preparing the smoothie

  • Peel the organge and break into sections.
  • Add the orange the the bottom of the blender (closest to the blades) first then add the remaining ingredients.
  • Blend on high untill smooth.
