Coconut Lime Popsicles
So simple and SO good!

- Popsicle molds
Ingredients
- 2 cans light coconut milk
- 6 tbs honey
- 2 whole limes juice and zest
Instructions
- Add coconut milk and honey to the blender.
- Add juice and zest of two limes.
- Blend until well combined but not too foamy.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for about 3 hours until soild and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe makes enough (with a little extra) for these silicone molds which make 10 pops. I saved a little extra zest to sprinkle after removing them from the molds.Â
